Job summary

LoopStudio is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to bridge engineering and enterprise customers. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Python or Go, building connectors and data pipelines across IdPs, SASE, networks, and cloud platforms.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead technical discovery, design production-grade integrations, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Solution Architects, and Product to influence the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in customer-facing engineering or consulting roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go.
• Experience with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience building connector platforms or integration frameworks.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems.
• Experience working with APIs from providers such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Okta, Duo, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Palo Alto, or Microsoft Defender.

Responsibilities

• Bridge engineering and enterprise customers, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead integration of customer data sources into the platform’s data pipeline.
• Design, deploy, and optimize production-grade integrations with cloud services.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Solution Architects, and Product to shape roadmap.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-deployment.
