Job summary

Ruxlo is a data-driven real estate platform building map-based web and mobile experiences with AI-assisted search. You will be the first dedicated integrations hire, responsible for expanding data sources, ensuring two-way data flow, and managing external relationships with towns, data providers, and platform partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer with backend/fullstack experience.
• Proven track record building and operating production integrations.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth.
• Ability to reconcile messy data from multiple sources.
• Comfortable in an AI-native, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own external partner integrations end-to-end, from outreach to access management.
• Define and implement connector patterns and two-way sync conventions.
• Define data contracts and ingestion rules for the pipeline, ensuring reliability.
• Maintain and debug integrations, keeping connections healthy as sources evolve.
