Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. seeks a Data Integrations Lead to be the senior hands-on technical leader for enterprise integrations.

This role designs, builds, reviews, and supports complex integrations across applications, data platforms, trading partners, messaging platforms, and cloud services while mentoring integration developers and improving reliability. You will work with Boomi, EDI, Pub/Sub models, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, SQL databases, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and Prefect to

Qualifications

• Five or more years in enterprise integration, data integration, EDI, API development, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and event-driven patterns.
• Strong EDI experience including mappings and partner onboarding.
• Understanding of Publish/Subscribe, queues, retries, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong SQL and database integration with DB2, Snowflake, or similar.
• Python skills and automation tooling experience (Prefect, dbt).
• Ability to create clear technical docs, runbooks, data mappings, and support procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, test, deploy, and support of complex integrations across systems.
• Define reusable patterns for Boomi, APIs, EDI, files, and message bus processing.
• Review designs for security, performance, maintainability, and observability.
• Mentor integration developers through reviews and knowledge transfer.
