Job summary

Aloyoga is seeking a Senior Engineer, Integrations, to build integrations between internal applications and external partner systems, reporting to the Director, Platform and Digital Engineering. You will translate requirements into scalable, reliable integration solutions and collaborate across projects.

The role requires hands-on design, data mapping, and middleware experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience integrating enterprise applications with middleware or iPaaS platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with integration patterns, protocols, and data formats.
• Strong background in XML/JSON schema design, data mapping, and transformation.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions using middleware/iPaaS (Boomi preferred).
• Define integration patterns including MFT, pub/sub, streaming, ETL, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain XML and JSON schemas; perform data transformation and mapping.
• Implement secure data transfers using HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, and AS2.
• Build and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, or JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration architecture, quality, and team efficiency.
