Job summary

Hiringeye Solutions in the United States is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain Work 365 integrations with external business systems and customers.

You will build scalable APIs using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, React, and TypeScript, integrate with ERP, CSP/Partner Center, and financial platforms, and manage reconciliation, webhooks, and error handling. Collaboration in Agile teams and commitment to code quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, OOP, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, GoF design patterns, DRY, KISS, and clean architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party and financial integrations (Microsoft CSP/Partner Center, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Pax8, QuickBooks, Business Central, ConnectWise, Autotask, Avalara).
• Strong understanding of reconciliation, idempotency, retries, error handling, and distributed-system consistency.
• Experience with SQL Server, query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Container Apps, Blob Storage, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, async/await, dependency injection, logging, and exception handling.
• Experience with NUnit/xUnit, debugging, troubleshooting, Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, and Postman.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Work 365 integrations with external business systems.
• Integrate with CSP/distributor, ERP/accounting, PSA, payment, and tax platforms such as Microsoft Partner Center, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Pax8, QuickBooks, Business Central, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Avalara.
• Build scalable integrations and APIs using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and REST APIs.
• Manage subscription/invoice synchronization, reconciliation, webhooks, pagination, rate limiting, idempotency, and error handling.
• Develop end-to-end features using .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Write unit/reconciliation tests, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support release management, process improvements, feature documentation, and internal training.
• Provide L3 support and technical escalation when required.
