Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a senior-level Integration Developer to lead design, development, and delivery of integrations across a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

In this hands-on role, you will architect real-time and batch integrations, mentor developers, and drive standards using D365 F&O/CE, Shopify, and related technologies within a large enterprise environment in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of integration development experience.
• 3+ years integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE).
• Proficiency with C#/.NET, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with D365 Data Management Framework, Dual-write, and Virtual Entities.
• CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps familiarity.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and real-time integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between D365, Shopify, ERP, CRM, and other systems.

• D365 Commerce / Distributed Order Management (DOM)
• Shopify
• InRiver PIM

This role combines hands‑on development, integration architecture, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between D365, Shopify, Commerce, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Define integration standards using:
• API Management
• Architect real‑time and batch integrations with strong error handling, retry logic, and monitoring.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and act as the technical escalation point.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and post‑production stabilization activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
