Job summary

3i People is seeking a Senior Integrations Developer to design and lead the integration layer during a large D365 rollout. You will architect and implement integrations with D365 F&O/CE, Shopify, and other systems using Azure Integration Services, while mentoring a team of developers.

You will work with stakeholders to shape integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring, ensuring a scalable, resilient solution for go-live and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience developing system integrations, including 3+ years integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE), with prior leadership experience
• Deep experience architecting/building integrations using Azure Integration Services — Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
• Proven experience with D365 Commerce and DOM concepts, including order orchestration
• Experience integrating with Shopify (REST/GraphQL Admin API, webhooks, or equivalent)
• Strong REST/SOAP, JSON/XML data formats, and API authentication patterns
• Familiarity with D365 F&O Data Management Framework and D365 CE Dual-write, Web API
• Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and integration coding standards (Azure DevOps preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead delivery of the integration layer for a large D365 implementation
• Own the technical design of integrations to/from D365 F&O/CE, Shopify, and other systems using AIS
• Mentor developers and act as the technical escalation point for the integration workstream
• Establish integration patterns, error handling, monitoring standards, and reusable components
• Set the technical bar for resilient, observable, and maintainable integration code
• Collaborate with implementation partners, consultants, and business stakeholders
