Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to bridge our autonomous delivery ecosystem. You will design and deliver APIs, webhooks, event-driven workflows, and partner integrations enabling seamless flow from a retailer's order system to final fulfillment.

This highly collaborative, customer-facing role requires working with retailer tech teams, fleet operators, and platform partners to define integration requirements, API specs, and troubleshoot production issues.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in backend integrations and API design.
• 2 years of experience owning integrations end-to-end with customers.
• Experience with API design and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Excellent collaboration with retailer tech teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver APIs, webhooks, event-driven workflows, and partner integrations.
• Own technical partnership end-to-end from discovery through production support.
• Collaborate with Business Development as the trusted technical advisor for integration activities.
