Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• 8+ years of software/enterprise integrations experience
• Hands-on API integration experience in enterprise environments
• Experience with MCP, A2A, service-to-service patterns
• Knowledge of OAuth, OIDC, SSO, token management
• Familiarity with integration patterns and distributed systems
• Experience building secure, scalable production services
• Strong communication across teams and documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between the AI/agentic platform and enterprise systems
• Implement secure, scalable connectivity patterns for data access and actions
• Develop connectors, middleware components, and service patterns
• Collaborate with platform, product, data, security, and enterprise teams
• Design authentication/authorization patterns and token handling
• Enable AI workflows to interact with core enterprise tools
• Support integration patterns for structured and unstructured data
• Implement monitoring, logging, and error handling for integrations
• Ensure resilience and observability of integration services
• Contribute to integration standards and onboarding guidance
