D365 F&O/CE, D365 Commerce, Shopify & Azure Integration Services — Architecture & Technical Leadership
Job Title: Senior Integrations Developer
Reports To: Integration Architect / Director of Engineering
Location: Charlotte, NC (or) Remote who can travel to Charlotte, NC once a month
Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Integrations Developer to design, build, and lead delivery of the integration layer connecting our core business systems during a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) implementation. This role owns the technical design of integrations to and from D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Commerce (including Distributed Order Management), Shopify, and other systems in our landscape, primarily using Azure Integration Services (AIS) — and provides technical leadership to a team of developers building against that design.
This is a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity for a senior developer who thrives on solving real-time and batch integration challenges across ERP, CRM, commerce, and ecommerce platforms. The successful candidate will establish integration patterns, error handling and monitoring standards, and reusable components that support the business not just through go-live, but through years of future system changes — while mentoring less senior developers and acting as the technical escalation point for the integration workstream.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical architect-developer who can work independently against ambiguous requirements, communicate clearly with implementation partners, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, and set the technical bar for integration code that is resilient, observable, and maintainable.
