Job summary

HEPCO Inc. seeks a Senior Associate, Integration & Test Engineer for permanent placement in Palm Bay, FL. The role covers subsystem- and system-level integration, qualification, verification, and testing of complex hardware and software systems.

You will develop and execute plans and scripts for First Article Qualification and Factory Acceptance Testing, and handle configuration, troubleshooting, prototype development, and test-equipment maintenance per MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related experience required; or graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience; or at least 6 years of related experience without a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with system integration, qualification testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience testing hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts for First Article Qualification and Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Perform system-level integration, qualification, verification, and validation testing.
• Test and troubleshoot components, subassemblies, assemblies, and complete systems.
• Create drawings, parts lists, interconnect diagrams, and manufacturing build documents.
• Operate, verify, and maintain test sets and electronic test equipment.
• Lead software integration and testing activities.
• Document test results, performance metrics, and system-readiness findings.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, quality assurance, and product teams.
