Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer in Palm Bay, FL. You will own subsystem and system-level testing for aerospace/defense and SATCOM solutions, writing plans, building setups, executing tests, and signing off when hardware is ready.

You’ll work across disciplines with systems, hardware, software, program management, QA, and product leads. Expect First Article qualification, Factory Acceptance tests, and MIL-STD-810/461 involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years in electronics test or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Strong hands-on experience with electronic test equipment and MIL-STD testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up hardware/software systems under test and document configurations.
• Develop and execute qualification and factory acceptance tests.
• Lead integration and test campaigns across RF/SATCOM and environmental testing.

You’re the engineer who doesn’t just trust a spec sheet – you prove it on the bench, in the rack, and under MIL-STD stress.

In this senior Integration & Test role, you’ll own subsystem and system-level testing for advanced aerospace, defense, and SATCOM solutions. You’ll write the test plans, build the setups, run the procedures, and sign off when the hardware is truly ready.

You’ll work across disciplines, shoulder-to- shoulder with systems, hardware, software, program management, QA, and product leads.

What You'll Work On

You’ll be central to integration and test for mission-critical hardware and systems, including:

• Subsystem and system-level integration and test for complex platforms
• First Article Qualification Tests and Factory Acceptance Tests
• Production and qualification testing to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461
• RF / SATCOM communications circuits and related equipment
• Electronic test setups, instrumentation, and data collection
• Data center and lab infrastructure for power, racks, and cooling
• Networked systems using firewalls, switches, and routers
• Prototype development of specialized test and support hardware

You’ll touch tools and equipment such as LabVIEW, Python, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, communications/network gear, and data center infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test
• Procure required test equipment and support system build activities
• Create and maintain drawing trees, parts lists, and interconnect diagrams
• Develop test plans, procedures, scripts, and documentation for qualification and factory acceptance
• Execute tests for components, sub-assemblies, full assemblies, and complete systems
• Troubleshoot issues found during test and drive them to resolution
• Complete all test documentation, performance metrics, and system readiness reports
• Conduct product verification and validation tasks across the lifecycle
• Perform production and qualification testing to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461
• Operate, verify, and maintain complex test sets and test equipment
• Lead and conduct software integration and testing activities
• Support logistics planning, transportation, personnel training, and prototype hardware development

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or a graduate degree and 4+ years, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Background in electronics testing, test process flow, and execution
• Experience with MIL-STD-810 and/or MIL-STD-461 testing
• Hands‑on familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
• Experience with RF and/or SATCOM communication circuit testing
• Ability to analyze and record test outcomes with thorough documentation
• Experience with communications and network equipment testing
• Familiarity with firewall, switch, router configurations and network architecture, including subnetting
• Experience automating test procedures and data analysis activities

You’ve led integration and test campaigns where success meant proving performance under harsh environmental and EMI/EMC conditions. You’re comfortable designing automated test setups, taming complex RF/SATCOM paths, and wiring up data center-grade lab environments from power to cooling.

You think in test cases and edge conditions, you write clean, maintainable automation, and your documentation is good enough to be the single source of truth for the entire program.
