Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer in Syracuse, NY to help advance next‑gen EW and UAS technologies for defense and intelligence applications.

You’ll collaborate with on-site and distributed teams to design and execute both automated and manual tests, and contribute to robust test strategies across software and hardware interfaces. You will apply Python and other scripting languages to build tests, analyze results, and support critical trade studies.

Qualifications

• Four or more (4+) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration, test plans, and test procedures.
• Applied knowledge and experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think independently, and overcome technical challenges.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
• Experience with test automation software and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site and distributed teams to develop new EW and UAS products.
• Support automated unit, integration, and regression tests across products.
• Assist manual integration and regression tests where needed.
• Execute engineering dry runs and formal customer testing on-site and off-site.
• Analyze data, support trade studies, and prepare test briefings.
