Job summary

SAIC is seeking a skilled and motivated SeniorIntegration Engineerto join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in verifying, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging software used to control and monitor Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs). Your work will involve both front-end and back-end service activities, in addition to supporting both development and operational environments.

This is a Hybrid/Remote role in San Diego, CA and requires onsite support 3-4 days per week. Must be local to the area.

The position will require up to 10% of travel for onsite installation or field support activities.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with messaging systems or concepts, such aspublish/subscribeorDDS (Data Distribution Service).
• Practical knowledge or experience with unmanned vehicles, includingUnmanned Surface Vessels (USVs),UCSMDE,UMAA, or related robotics systems.
• A strong track record indebuggingand troubleshooting software issues.
• Proven experience in providingfield support, particularly in customer-facing environments.
• The ability and willingness to work aboard vessels during testing or integration events.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
