Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst for Product Integration to support customers across Europe as part of the Ethoca EMEA team. The role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring technical fluency, clear guidance, and structured execution to drive successful integrations.

You will collaborate with Sales for pre-sales discussions, lead end-to-end integrations, review requirements, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Strong English and Italian language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting API- or SFTP-based integrations.
• Customer-facing technical experience with ability to explain concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple integration efforts in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration & delivery from onboarding to go-live.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate end-to-end integrations including kickoff, configuration, testing and launch.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and translate customer needs into technical requirements.
