Job summary

DISA Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Advisor, Business Systems Integration Project Manager to lead integrations across background screening platforms, ATS, HR tech, recruiting tech, and HRIS for our clients.

You will drive complex, enterprise-level implementations, coordinating across Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing technical projects, software implementations, integrations, or similar technology initiatives.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, SaaS platforms, or data exchange.
• Strong understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and closure across multiple platforms.
• Define project structure with scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, governance, and change controls.
• Develop project plans, status updates, risk logs, and performance metrics.
