Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading enterprise system projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, tools, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate reliable, scalable enterprise systems.
• Lead application design, coding, testing, and deployment per SDLC.
• Drive integration development between systems and platforms.
• Develop IaC, deployment automation, and configuration management.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Create monitoring, observability solutions, and dashboards.
• Gather data, deliver data-driven insights and RCA.
• Lead code reviews and reduce technical debt.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of approaches.
