OfficeAlly Inc. is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer in Concord, CA, to implement and support complex data exchange across insurance and healthcare ecosystems.

Senior Integration Engineer role focused on implementing our solutions for customers and ensuring accurate, reliable data flow across complex insurance and healthcare ecosystems. This is a hands-on integration engineering position centered on building, configuring, and supporting customer implementations. While the platform is Java-based, this role emphasizes EDI standards, data transformation, XML, flat files, business rules, and integration workflows to deliver production-ready client solutions.
You will leverage modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation work, and automated testing frameworks to improve validation, reliability, and release quality.
This role is central to ensuring our customers successfully onboard and integrate with our platform, impacting implementation speed, data accuracy, and overall customer experience by delivering scalable, high-quality integrations that enable consistent data exchange across complex insurance and healthcare ecosystems.
This position is based in Concord, California. Local candidates are expected to work a hybrid schedule, with at least two days per week in the office. For highly qualified candidates located outside the area, remote work will be considered.

Compensation for this position may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. Actual compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
Salary range: $120,000 — $150,000 USD.
