Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner/Engineer for their Water Resources team located in the United States. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in environmental planning, specifically in projects for the federal government.

You will lead studies, mentor staff, and manage projects, making significant contributions to critical infrastructure and environmental restoration efforts. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $100,000–$195,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience with federal plan formulation requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Self-starter with excellent writing skills.
• Strong conceptual and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large size planning projects for the federal government.
• Prepare and analyze compliance documents.
