Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner/Engineer for the Water Resources team. The role involves leading studies, mentoring staff, and managing projects related to water supply and environmental restoration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Extensive public participation and agency coordination experiences are critical to thrive in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience with federal plan formulation requirements.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large-size planning and environmental compliance projects.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Manage projects within large programs and mentor staff.
