HDR is looking for a Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner/Engineer to join their Water Resources team in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental planning, focusing on water supply and flood risk management.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills and be capable of leading studies, mentoring staff, and working directly with clients. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, along with a competitive salary range of $100,000–$195,000 depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience with federal plan formulation requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large-size planning and environmental compliance projects for the federal government.
• Prepare, plan and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct work of others in completion of required studies, documents and reports.
