Job summary

Epirus is seeking a Master Integrated Scheduler to develop and maintain IMS across complex defense programs. The role partners with PMs, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity and support government scheduling requirements.

The ideal candidate has deep critical path expertise, strong manufacturing knowledge for rapid prototyping, and experience with schedule risk analysis in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field.
• 12+ years as a Master Scheduler, Program Scheduler, or Project Controls Analyst in aerospace/defense or regulated programs.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project (resource loading, baselining, schedule logic).
• Experience with WBS-aligned schedules tied to SOW/CDRL requirements.
• Strong ability to communicate schedule risk to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple programs.
• Support integration of cost and schedule data for COGS, ETC, and EAC reporting.
• Facilitate IBRs, PMRs, and internal schedule reviews.
• Translate SOW into networked schedules with functional leads.
• Track critical path, near-critical path, and schedule margins; recommend mitigations.
• Support proposals with basis-of-estimate schedules and ROM durations.
• Maintain schedule data per DFARS and CDRLs like IMS/IMP; assist audits.
• Contribute to scheduling standards, templates, and training.
