Epirus is seeking a Master Integrated Scheduler to develop and maintain IMS across complex defense programs. The role partners with PMs, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity and support government scheduling requirements.
The ideal candidate has deep critical path expertise, strong manufacturing knowledge for rapid prototyping, and experience with schedule risk analysis in mission-critical environments.

The Master Integrated Scheduler is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across complex defense and commercial programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity, drive risk-informed decision-making, and support compliance with government and customer scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in critical path methodology, strong technical understanding of technology driven programs, strong manufacturing understanding in a rapid prototyping and production environment, and schedule risk analysis within a mission-critical environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional presence on manufacturing floors to gather schedule status. Some domestic travel may be required to support program reviews, supplier visits, or customer meetings. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
$171,800-$200,600 USD
