Job summary

Tamayo Federal Solutions (TFS) is hiring a Senior Schedule Analyst to integrate complex maintenance schedules for naval programs. You will use MS Project and Primavera to align work across AIT, SF, and FTA while producing risk-informed analyses for on-time delivery.

Applicants should bring 5+ years in engineering/science management or Navy program experience, with strong data analysis, risk assessment, and scheduling expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in management or PM.
• 5+ years in engineering/science management or Navy programs.
• Familiar with naval maintenance and ship repair scheduling.
• Knowledge of shipboard systems, safety, and production scheduling.
• Experience evaluating schedules and proposing mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AIT/SF/FTA work into IPS using MS Project or Primavera.
• Analyze data from MIS for reports and cost/manpower forecasting.
• Develop risk assessments for on-time delivery of schedules.
• Validate sequences and link tests to milestones.
• Coordinate with PM and CTE to avoid delays in procedures.
• Respond to schedule changes and restructure test programs.
• Recommend actions to project teams to support IPS production.
• Design and report on IPS risk with schedule knowledge.
• Coordinate government actions for system restoration in IPS.
• Attend WPIC and WPER for integration reviews.
