Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support SIWS programs in Albuquerque, NM or El Segundo, CA. You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), baseline and maintain execution schedules, perform critical-path analysis, and support IPMR Format 6 deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years in program management, with experience using MS Project Server, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, and Earned Value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years’ experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying DFARS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the schedule lead working with IPTs in developing, integrating, and maintaining the IMS reporting to the Program Management team.
• Work closely with IPT Leads, IP&S team, and program leadership to ensure alignment and integration of IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan, and other schedules.
• Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities, and providing robust performance reporting from the IMS.
• Lead integration of supplier and partner plans into the IMS to ensure team alignment.
• Model driving program execution through quick turn analyses and scenario planning.
