Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Engagement Strategist to drive connected advisor journeys across digital and human channels. You will define audience strategies, map journeys, and develop learning agendas to continually optimize advisor experiences and outcomes.

The role partners with cross-functional teams, leverages client intelligence, and uses performance data to guide sequencing, messaging, and journey orchestration for always-on experiences.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum five years related experience.
• Two years in digital marketing, user experience, or client experience.
• Experience in Financial Services sector or equivalent B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Define experience strategies and audience criteria for integrated advisor journeys aligned to business priorities and IOS outcomes.
• Develop journey maps, positioning, briefs, hypotheses, learning agendas, and success measures for cross-functional execution.
• Partner with Digital Marketing Managers to translate strategy into trigger-based, always-on digital journeys using marketing automation.
• Apply client intelligence, behavioral signals, segmentation, and performance data to optimize targeting, sequencing, messaging, and journey orchestration.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve engagement and sales activation.
• Collaborate with analysts to define KPIs, monitor OKR progress, and recommend optimizations.
• Lead or support experimentation plans to validate hypotheses and build reusable learnings across IOS.
