Job summary

Lighthouse in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Intake Specialist onsite. This full-time role supports advanced intake tasks, archive/purge requests, data preparation, and documentation, with minimal supervision.

You will handle logging evidentiary media, pre-processing data, and producing reports, contributing to efficient workflows and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years handling sensitive data, experience in computer forensics or eDiscovery, strong Microsoft Office skills on

Qualifications

• 3–5 years handling sensitive data, preferably in electronic discovery
• Experience in computer forensics, eDiscovery, IT, or litigation support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist with scoping of custom requests and provide accurate timelines
• Perform advanced pre-processing using forensic tools and handle Mac data
• Convert Mac Mail to PST and process Gmail data with proprietary tools
• Maintain quality checks and assist with internal process improvements
