First Connect Insurance Services, LLC is hiring its first Community Manager to own the community strategy end to end. You will build the online community for independent agents, define the ambassador program, and deepen presence in Big I, PIA, and other networks while partnering with Marketing, Product, Sales and Carrier teams.

You'll travel 20–30% annually, write in your own voice, and be a public face for First Connect during events and online conversations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and running a community function.
• Experience launching a B2B online community or professional network.
• Experience designing ambassador or advisory programs.
• Experience producing event content (panels, summits, webinars).
• Strong written voice; able to ghost-write for executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the online community for independent agents.
• Design and launch an ambassador program.
• Grow presence in independent insurance communities and trade shows.
• Own strategy and content behind owned events; partner with Events team.
• Develop community-led content programs (webinars, AMAs, podcasts).
• Define and report on community health metrics (monthly insights).
• Travel 20–30% of the year for events and outreach.
