Qualifications

• Bar admission in the United States and ability to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience in highly regulated industries.
• Ability to provide concise, legally grounded guidance under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders; strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Autonomy and sound judgment in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, commercial legal advice balancing risk and business objectives.
• Design, structure and launch of new products and pilots with cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory change management and regulatory filings.
• Lead engagement with regulators and internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, business).
• Mentor and lead other team members as needed.
