Job summary

Carolina Casualty, a Berkley company, seeks a Product Compliance Analyst to ensure policy forms are accurate, compliant, and competitive. You will collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Marketing, and Claims to develop forms, product manuals, and communications.

This in-office role is Monday-Thursday with Friday optional work-from-home. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and 4+ years in Property/Casualty with insurance designations preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Property Casualty or Commercial Lines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience interpreting insurance forms, statutes, rules.
• Organizational, time management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance forms, manuals, and policy communications.
• Draft filings and respond to DOI and OIR approvals.
• Perform competitive research and trend analysis.
• Interpret forms and regulations; provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Manage medium-to-large projects with deadlines.
