Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an experienced producer to scale an existing book of business. You will have access to national carrier relationships and operate with a team that supports collaboration, helping you grow either personal lines, commercial lines, or both.

We value a track record of consistent new business, a strong client network, and the ability to work across marketing strategies with underwriters.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• A proven production history and an established or portable book of business, typically 5+ years of producer experience.
• A track record of consistent new business production, with references or results that can be verified.
• Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across your primary lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Bring and grow an established book of business so that production history becomes the foundation for what's next.
• Prospect and close new business consistently so that your book expands.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence to generate referrals.
• Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting to deliver competitive, well-built proposals.
• Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and platform so you have support behind you.
• Mentor newer producers on prospecting and closing to raise the team’s performance.
