• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 5+ years of producer experience with an established or transportable book.
• Proven production history with consistent new business results.
• Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Bring and grow an established book of business as the production foundation for future growth.
• Prospect and close new business to expand the book.
• Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals.
• Collaborate with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting to deliver strong proposals.
• Leverage carrier relationships and platform support for competitive opportunities.
• Mentor newer producers to raise team performance.
