Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Producer in a hybrid work arrangement to grow an established book of business and drive new client acquisition. You will work with carriers, underwriters, and account managers to craft competitive proposals and expand your market presence.

You bring a proven production history with a transportable book, plus 5+ years in producer roles, and you know how to build trust with clients and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Must have proven production history with an established or transportable book of business (typically 5+ years).
• Strong track record of consistent new business production with verifiable results.
• Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across primary lines.

Responsibilities

• Bring and grow an established book of business as the foundation for future growth.
• Prospect and close new business consistently to expand the book.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence for referrals.
• Collaborate with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting to deliver competitive proposals.
• Leverage carrier relationships and Patriot's platform to access real support.
• Mentor newer producers on prospecting and closing to raise team performance.
