Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a professional to manage key components of new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. You will oversee timelines, conduct exposure analysis, prepare quote specifications, and negotiate coverage terms while presenting comprehensive proposals to clients.

Collaborate closely with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners to ensure high-quality service and clear communication. A college degree and an active insurance license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant insurance experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, esp. Excel and Word.
• Must currently hold an applicable insurance license.
• Pursuit of a professional designation– CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, CPCU - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and renewal timelines, exposure analysis, quote specs, and coverage negotiations.
• Prepare and present coverage proposals to clients with accuracy and clarity.
• Review policies and contracts and provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare property and casualty submissions including Acord applications, loss summaries, and exposure schedules.
• Analyze client exposure data and develop loss-sensitive financial models when needed.
• Maintain relationships with insurance markets and carriers.
