WAHVE is seeking experienced Insurance Operations Business Analysts for remote, long-term assignments. Roles involve liaising across underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, and IT to translate requirements into actionable specs and manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycles.

The position emphasizes KPI development, standard setting, and SME support for rating bureaus and state departments of insurance, with flexible full or part-time options and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operational areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional requirements for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through the policy life cycle including rating/pricing, quoting and issuing policies.
• Understand and develop operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows dependent on line of business, state, rules and regulations.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
