Checkr Trust is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own the insurance vertical, build market education, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals. You will leverage existing relationships, define ICPs across carriers and MGAs, and travel a path from cold outreach to a multi-threaded close.

You will operate like a founder within a startup, backed by Checkr’s resources, applying advanced AI tactics to improve efficiency and outcomes in insurance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in the insurance/insurtech space.
• Proven ability to close six- to seven-figure deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to translate Checkr Trust value into underwriting, risk management, and loss prevention language.

Responsibilities

• Own the insurance vertical: define ICPs across carriers, MGAs, and program administrators and build repeatable motions.
• Leverage existing insurance relationships to accelerate pipeline and shorten deal cycles.
• Own the entire deal lifecycle—from cold outreach to multi-threaded enterprise close.
