Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and licensed to practice law in applicable states.
• Seven years of litigation experience required.
• First and second chair trial experience in bodily injury litigation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Litigates moderate to high complexity and exposure cases from intake to trial or settlement.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs for hearings and trials.
• Lead attorney at hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
