Qualifications

• Seven years of litigation experience required.
• Insurance defense, personal injury, and/or jury trial experience preferred.
• First and second chair trial experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including moderate to high complexity cases.
• Lead hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Advise Claims Executives on legal strategy and regulatory compliance.
