Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in applicable states is required upon hire.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Litigates low to moderate complexity cases from intake to resolution.
• Attends hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
• Collaborates with Claims Department on legal strategy and file handling.
