Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Texas law license.
• 6–8 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical malpractice, insurance defense and premises liability.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Negotiation and dispute resolution experience.
• Courtroom experience in state and federal courts preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Give clients legal advice and strategic guidance.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and other documents.
• Represent clients in court, depositions and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and manage dispute resolution.
