Confidential Employer in Nashville, TN is seeking a seasoned attorney to lead insurance defense and civil litigation matters. The role offers in-person collaboration with remote flexibility and requires substantial experience in TN courts and civil practice.

You will manage cases from evaluation to resolution, draft legal documents, and advocate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials while building strong client relationships.

Formación

• Active Tennessee Bar license and J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience with a strong insurance defense background.
• Familiarity with Davidson County and surrounding Tennessee civil courts.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to excellent client service.

Location

Nashville, TN. Primarily in-office with remote flexibility. We're looking for attorneys who live in Nashville or the immediate surrounding area and appreciate the balance of in-person collaboration and flexibility.

Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee, have substantial insurance defense and civil litigation experience, and be familiar with Davidson County and surrounding Tennessee civil courts.
