Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including court conferences, motions, mediations, depositions, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Prepare client reports, mediation statements, and attorney case evaluations.
• Support trial readiness and collaborate with partners on strategy and briefs.

• Established downtown insurance defense firm seeking an attorney with 5+ years of hands-on litigation experience in insurance defense/personal injury cases.
• New York State Bar admission required; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• Handles general liability, motor vehicle, transportation, Labor Law, products liability, asbestos, employment discrimination, and professional liability cases.
• Manages cases from inception to resolution, including court conferences, motion arguments, mediations, depositions, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
