The role supports work from either Manhattan or Bellmore offices, with responsibilities spanning discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, and trial practice.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of litigation experience in insurance defense with labor law exposure, plus trial readiness and NY State Bar admission.
