Responsibilities

• Evaluate and pursue complex insurance claims, including coverage analysis and strategy development.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation.
• Manage communications among insurers, clients, and defense counsel.
• Provide clear and consistent updates to clients regarding case progress.
• Develop and execute litigation and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with partners on complex insurance recovery matters.
