Qualifications

• Bar admission to New York State (required).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance coverage.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Review insurance contracts and assess issues.
• Advise on risk transfer strategies.
• Communicate coverage recommendations to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Manage litigation caseloads including depositions and hearings.
• Perform legal research and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Maintain client relationships and record billable hours.
