BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced insurance coverage and bad faith attorney for our Camp Hill, PA office. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience, strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage a litigation caseload independently while collaborating with a team.

Typical duties include handling cases from inception to post-trial, drafting pleadings and discovery, appearing in court, and participating in mediation and depositions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience with depositions, mediation, and courtroom proceedings preferred.
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to post-trial.
• Communicate with clients to keep them updated on case status.
• Make court appearances and participate in mediation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare, review, and respond to discovery.
• Conduct research as required by each case.
• Conduct direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses at trial and depositions.
• Meet billing requirements.
