About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing insurance defense firm, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, sophisticated litigation work, and the opportunity to work directly with national and international insurance clients.

The attorney will handle a diverse caseload involving complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters, with exposure to areas including:

• General liability
• Professional liability
• Personal and advertising injury
• Product recall
• Excess liability

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of significant matters and work alongside an experienced, collaborative team in a well-established but expanding practice.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of legal experience
• At least 2 years of experience handling insurance coverage matters
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
• Litigation experience in both state and federal courts
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse and challenging caseload with increasing autonomy
