Job summary

A prestigious law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team. This role involves handling complex insurance matters and offering great flexibility with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited Law School and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Attractive bonuses of up to $18,000 per associate are available.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of significant experience in insurance coverage or bad faith litigation.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.

Job Description

• Join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.
• Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
• Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited Law School.
• Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.
• At least 5+ years of significant experience in related fields.
• Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first‑party breach of contract and/or third‑party liability claims and related bad faith issues.
