Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly motivated associate to join its Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will counsel and represent policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation and analyze coverage frameworks.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school, be admitted to the state bar (or eligible for admission), and possess 2–4 years of relevant experience with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High degree of professionalism, initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and represent policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze and interpret complex policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage frameworks.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
