Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
• JD and active MA bar.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Manage coverage disputes from initial analysis through discovery, motion practice, and resolution.
• Advise clients on coverage strategy and claim handling issues.
• Collaborate with partners on high-exposure and sophisticated coverage matters.
